Attachement getting deleted

    Hello,

    I have an issue since more than a week with my form and their attachements.

    When a user is sending some pictures into a form they are uploaded here : https://www.levertasoi.fr/wp-content/uploads/wp_dndcf7_uploads/wpcf7-files/

    But after some time, attachement are not available because they are deleted. So I can’t see anymore pictures from my client.

    Also, when I’m adding the images into the result email sent to me for each submission, images are not sent with my email. This issue occur since some months.

    Can you please help me ?

    Hello @mystedge Sorry about that.

    I’ve mentioned in the plugins description that the files will be deleted 1-2 hours after the submission.

    If you want to keep the file and exclude on the schedule deletion go to Contact -> Drag & Drop Upload -> then check “Don’t delete files” files option.

    Regarding the attachment issue make sure to add the file upload tag in your “Mail -> File attachments” field (you may also check this video – https://youtu.be/DvuvmzIImYo?t=116)
