    When a user wants to create a new ticket here is the following text “You can upload a maximum of 2 files (max size $d MB per file) with the following file types: 2”.

    How is it possible to replace the “$d” and the 2″ with the actual values?

    For example

    You can upload a maximum of 2 files (max size 5 MB per file) with the following file types: 2 doc, pdf”.

    Hi @thevalier,

    Are you reporting that the text and values are not displayed properly or that you need to change the text displayed?

    If you need to change the text, you can “translate” the words using different translation solutions:

    – https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/translations/

    If the issue is that you put 2 file attachments and it is displayed a different number o number is displayed, please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme until the issue gets fixed. The last one in deactivating is the one conflicting.
