Attachment issues

    Hi,
    I am having a problem attaching the file uploads to the sent email. I have looked through other similar support issues but none have helped.
    In Drag & Drop Upload settings I have ‘Send Attachment as links’ ticked.
    On my form the shortcode for the Multi file upload is
    `<label> Upload supporting documentation
    [mfile upload-file-497 limit:20971520 filetypes:pdf|txt|doc|docx max-file:10] </label>’

    And in the mail Tab File attachments field I have [upload-file-497]
    I have Mail(2) active but it is not set to send the attachments back to the user.

    Hello @studiokb ,

    When you check “Send Attachment as links” option, you need also to add upload tag in (Message body)

    So it should look like this : https://snipboard.io/amJKT8.jpg

    Hi Thanks for the response. I didn’t realise it needed to be in the body as well.

    Yes, the tags inside the email body will display a links/lists of files in your email.
