Hello @halofaishal ,
Fluent Support stores attachments in your WordPress uploads directory (wp-content/uploads). However, the ticket is organized by ticket ID within that directory, so it will not appear directly in your general WordPress Media Library.
If the server doesn’t have the correct write permissions for the wp-content/uploads directory (and its subdirectories created by Fluent Support), the files won’t be uploaded correctly. Similarly, if the permissions are too restrictive, the web server won’t be able to serve the files, leading to “access denied”.
In this case, please check from your server, is there any restriction on uploads folder.
Let me know the update.
Thank you

after checking through wp-content/uploads/fluent-support folder, i can find folders of ticket attachment along with the files. but it cant be accessed by the plugin. I tried messing up with htaccess in fluent-support folder uploads to allow direct access to uploaded files, and still the plugin cant access them even though i can access them directly through its address

Would you please open a support ticket and WPManageNinja?
We need to troubleshoot the issue from your end.
