Are they stored in the database or in the /wp-contents/uploads folder?

This plugin doesn’t store attachments but it integrates with Storage for Contact Form 7 (my commercial plugin, GPL) which stores the attachments in the uploads folder. There is also Contact Form DB (free) but it has some issues with all POST request variables being stored in the DB.
