Attachments after ticket creation

Hello,

I’m using wp support 8.0.7 to manage ticketing. On ticket creation page i can upload an attachment, but in the open ticket page i cannot upload any files, just has 3 fields that require name, email and description. Is there a way to add the attachment field too?
