Attachments cannot be viewed or downloaded

I tried using this plugin today, as a guest I can attach and upload files with no problem, but when I (as both guest and admin/agent) tried to open the attachment in the ticket, it just opens a new tab to the ticket list and not doing anything.
I tried changing the settings in Settings > Advanced Settings > Attachments > Image Attachment to Show in Browser or Download, but the result is still the same, I’ve also checked the URL after it opens a new tab to the ticket list, it is something like this https://example.com/?wpsc_attachment=12&tid=1&tac=AQ9xhziBug.

Would appreciate if I can get some help for this problem. Thanks in advance.
