Attachments in Reply Email

    Love the form, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to add attachments to the confirmation/reply email. Ie. I want to have a page where a user fills out a form for a white paper that I’ll email to them. Could my reply confirmation email include the white paper as an attachment?

    Please advise.

    Hi Diggity Dang under the Advanced tab have you enable the following Enable using HTML in confirmation email message. This allows you to use HTML code.

    An HTML Block would allow me to provide a link to the document, which I can use, but I was hoping for an actual reply with an attachment. Is that possible?

    Sorry. Not explaining it well! :P. Let me try again.

    So right now, when someone fills out a form, I have a confirmation email going to them. The form is actually a request for a white paper, so I am hoping that I can set it up so that the confirmation email actually has the white paper attached to it as an email attachment, not an HTML link.

    Let me know if the above needs further clarification.

    Okay I see what you mean. Have you tried inserting an attachment using the method mentioned above in reply 2? This is the only way of achieving your request.

    Sounds like it’s not possible to do it as an attachment. HTML would only allow me to create a download link to the white paper, but still make do with that.
