Attachments not being received

Hi,

I am having an issue where any test emails i send myself dont have the attachments attached.

I have searched the forums and see there are other posts experiencing the same.

I seen the below link in a post and seen that i didnt input “[your-file][your-another-file]” into the file attachments field under “mail” and i input “[file-26]” into the message body also under “mail”

but i still dont get the image. I do however get the file name after putting “[file-26]” in the message body but cannot click it to open

Below is the code which seems fine. Any ideas?? I’m at a total lose now on what to do.
