Hi. I’m using the Woocommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. Everything works well, apart from the sending of the invoices as attachments to the mails. I have followed your troubleshooting, and while I can see (in the Email Log) that there is in fact an attachment, it does not show up in the actual mail. Also, when I click on the attachment icon, I get a 403 forbidden error. There are no errors in the log. Hope you can help!

    Hi @abcwebsites,

If you can see the attachment in the logs, this means that the PDF invoice is being attached indeed, but your mail server/provider may be skipping the attachment in a latter stage. Please note that some mailing providers has limitations regarding attachment. E.g. MailPoet does not allow attachments (see).

Regarding the 403 error, this is normal, since the temp directory for PDF attachment is blocked for direct access (the mail log tool uses the direct link as reference).
