Attachments not found – 404

    Hi

    A client of ours is running Jobs for WP 2.3.6. Recently the job application attachments disappeared. In the Job Entries section under “Letter”, we can see the attachment name but when we click on the link it take us to a blank “404 – file not found” page with the URL (for example)…./job-postings-get-file/1575824148-Jake-cover-letter.docx

    Before we start rolling back to see what might have triggered this, has anyone come across this issue and is there a quick fix.

    Hi @mrbadger,

    Latest updates had a large banner in backend, explaining new, secure way of storin file. for some servers this dont work. You can switch back to legacy way of storing files in settings, switch to WP Media.
