I installed WP-Forms on this wordpress site (allaroundautomotiverepair.com), added Google Recaptcha and added in the keys. I embedded the forms on the pages where I need them, but no matter what I try to send, I get this error: Attempt to submit corrupted post data.

I double-checked the Recaptcha keys and made sure to embed the WP-Forms. What else can I do to fix this?

    Thank you.

    Hi @karenafox ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I take a look, and it looks like jQuery functions might not be working correctly on your site.

This often happens if there’s some code or a plugin conflict interfering with WPForms’ normal functionality. To check, I’d recommend running a conflict test using the free Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. With that, you can temporarily switch to a default theme and disable other plugins (without affecting your live site) and see if the issue persists.

If the issue goes away during the test, it’s likely another plugin or your theme causing the conflict.

Let us know how that goes, and we’ll be happy to guide you further!

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
