    Hi @axiom28 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like the issue is related to reCAPTCHA on your form. I checked the console and noticed the following error (screenshot).

To fix this, you’ll need to regenerate a new pair of API keys from your Google account and update them in WPForms. You can follow this guide for step-by-step instructions: How to Set Up and Use reCAPTCHA in WPForms

Once you’ve updated the keys, try submitting the form again, and it should work properly.

    Hope that helps!

Hello Amjad, that did help thank you very much it took a while though because the layout of the Google reCaptcha console has changed, so I couldn’t see where to go to change the API keys, but I did succeed eventually and it did work

Hi Sorry to hear of your issue

As you see above I managed to resolve the issue by generating new API keys

Not sure if I should start a different thread then. I’m not using Google Captcha, I’m using newly created API keys through Turnstile (Cloudflare). It’s just the same error.

    Hi @sdhollingshead ,

My colleague has already replied to your request here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/attempt-to-submit-corrupted-post-data-3/.

Since this is a different issue related to Cloudflare Turnstile instead of Google reCAPTCHA, I recommend checking out the suggestion shared in your new topic. That should help you get things sorted!

    Thanks!

I have the same issue on this site here: https://www.edu-chem.co.uk/contact/ but I can’t see any captcha errors in the web inspector and it appears to have the correct keys in the settings.

    Hi @vaccinemedia ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you’re having trouble with the CAPTCHA on your form at https://www.edu-chem.co.uk/contact/. However, I checked that page, and I couldn’t see a CAPTCHA on the form.

Since this is an issue related to a different site, could you please create a new post on our WPForms Lite support forum? This helps us keep things organized and ensures your question gets the attention it deserves. This is suggested by the forum FAQ here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#i-have-the-same-problem-can-i-just-reply-to-someone-elses-post-with-me-too

Once you’ve created a new post, please share the URL of the form with the CAPTCHA so I can try to reproduce the issue and see what’s going on.

    Thanks!

    Hi (@amjadali688)

I have the same problem. In the start i said yes to Recaptcha, but never did anything with it. Now it says the same: Attempt to submit corrupted post data.

I deleted the recaptcha but it still doesn’t work. My website is: http://www.greeksigns.nl
You can find the form at: Griekse verkeersborden | Shop | GreekSigns.

    Can you please help me?
    Kind regards.

hello and thank you for looking into this. In my case the reason there was no captcha was because I had disabled it for testing. It turns out that whoever had built the theme was disabling jquery. I removed this bad code from the theme and now the form is hopefully working. It can be submitted and successfully redirects to the thank you page so if anyone else has any issues make sure there isn’t anything preventing jquery from loading!

    Hi @jeffreynoah ,

I tried submitting the form on your site, and it submitted without any issues on my end, as you can see in this screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/kUBWQ3.

If the problem continues on your end, could you please create a new post on our WPForms Lite support forum? Since this issue relates to a different site, this helps us keep things organized and ensures your question gets the attention it deserves.

Hi @vaccinemedia , Thanks for the update and for sharing the fix — much appreciated!

If you need anything else with WPForms Lite, feel free to reach out anytime.

    Thanks!

I’m experiencing the same issue with a site where I’ve installed WPForms Lite. I’ve generated a completely new key, and turned of JS minify, JS Combine, JS Combine External and Inline, and Load JS Deferred (in Litespeed). What else could be causing this issue? The error displays when I’m logged in, but when I log out, the form appears to submit. Is this the intended behavior?

I was having the same issue tonight (Attempt to submit corrupted post data) and there two things that we discovered allowed us to submit our forms again. 1) Removing the LeadConnector script that added our chat widget allowed us to send again. That wasn’t a long term solution so we kept looking for answers…and came across 2) adding that script back, but changing the PHONE field in WPForms to US, instead of SMART. We eventually decided to keep the chat widget active and leave the Phone field on US.
