    Hello again!

We open our events once per month (last monday) and that day usually we have some issues. I don’t know if it depends of the browser, in my case with Edge I don’t have problems but some users refered to have some problems to see the quantity of spots available in the events. For example out of the event they see “3 spots available” and when they enter in the event is only one. They usually use Chrome but they say that have problems with mobile phones too. At least if you try to get a place in a full event, you can’t. The next day, they can see the spots correctly.

    Thanks!

    Hey jarxabi,

I’m thinking this is due to the page caching. Some mobile browsers also aggressively cache websites especially if not connected to WiFi.

Good news is that I’m testing a feature to automatically refresh content when a person’s browser detects that the page has been cached and is “stale”. This feature also includes some automatic page cache clearing when a new registration is made or when one is canceled for common caching plugins like WP Super Cache which you use.

I believe it will be ready for release next week. I’ll let you know!

There is a new feature to help with this in version 1.6 which is available now. You can configure a “staleness threshold” which allows the plugin to detect if the render time of the page is different than the current time and automatically refresh content that needs refreshing. Read about it here:
