    My attendees list keeps missing/ automatically removed after updating to the latest updates. please help.

    Hi @firdausziz ,

    Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This is not supposed to happen. Because we have solved this issue two versions ago. And maybe your site has a caching plugin. Please remove all kinds of cache first from your site and then check your site.

    And for further help please follow our forum’s Pinned post. So, we can guide you how you can recover those attendees.

    Hi,
    We have released a new version of the plugin with a fix. Kindly update the Eventin plugin. You may restore a previous backup if needed. We are working on a process of regenerating the missing ones, but it might take a bit of time to give the update.
