Hi kayode.igbasan,
You must activate the modules that you nedd and after set their option
It’s better if you enable the Plugin’s CSS, Ajax, Custom e-mail, Custom Redirection and User Moderation.
The code for have all the functions of TML on a Page is: [theme-my-login]
Did you put the TML widget inside the sidebar?.
Your login button is into widget or a page?.

Hi Redazione, thanks for your assistance, i didn’t put the TML wideget inside the sidebar and my major problem is i cannot login to the backend again since i activated TML. The login is appearing on my page but if click on it doesn’t take me to where i will put my username and password and if i use wp-admin, it will just remain at the home page. thanks
Hi kayode.igbasan,
Please by an Ftp programm go to your Site and change the name of the plugin TML, and update, so the TML plugin will be deactivated.
After that you will become again in your original login mode and you can change again all you need.

…You can also delete the plugin!.
