@restro yes, we refund everyone who applies. The Stripe refunds are faster and immediate but PayPal takes time as we depend on funds to be available in PayPal in your corresponding currency so that we can refund you.
We are soon going to remove the PayPal payment option from our site due to this issue and we can’t add the amount to our PayPal account from our company credit card or bank as PayPal charges fees and in doing your refund we will lose some money.
I hope you understand our concerns. Please share your details on our live chat and we will refund you immediately even if it means we losing money in refunding you.
