Hi, I have a problem with a single product within my shop.

All existing products are saved as Simple products but have two prizes: every product have two sizes (“grammatura”: 110g, 220g) with two different prices (€3,70-€4,90), both showed on the varius product pages.

    Example: file:///C:/Users/loris/Desktop/Immagine.png

I tried to add a new product copying the same settings from others, but seems like the “attribute” box doesn’t work.
If I don’t specify the list price it won’t appear on the product page (in every other product on website the list price box is empty). If I specify it, the product page shows only one prize: file:///C:/Users/loris/Desktop/Immagine2.png

In every case, the box for choosing grams doesn’t appear like in other existing product pages.

How can I setting up my new product like others, with a visible double prize on top like in the first pic?
I repeat: every single product is saved as “SIMPLE PRODUCT” and not as “DYNAMIC PRODUCT”.

I hope the links of my screenshot work!

    Thank you!

Hi @eleonoramodesti. There was an issue with creating variable products with some earlier versions of WooCommerce and WP 5.5. The issue is now resolved. Can you make sure that your WooCommerce plugin is updated to the latest version, and then add your variable products.

If the issue is not resolved, please share screenshots using an app like https://snipboard.io.

Note that this thread will be resolved in 7 days if there are no new posts. In that case, please feel free to start a new thread if you have additional questions.
