Hola @dcodesys
Thank you for reaching out about this. From what I gather, the two languages referred in the screenshots are Catalan y Español. Correct?
Upon closer inspection of the screenshots, it appears that the mentioned functionality is controlled by the translation functionality implemented at your WooCommerce store.
Feel free to get in touch with its support channel, as they would be able to assist you further with this.
I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know. We’re happy to help.
Thanks for your answer. I have already contacted the WPML SAT but it is a very slow task. I opened the thread a couple of days ago and just today they have connected and they still have not been able to give me an explanation. In this sense I am a little disappointed.
For my part, I have begun to test an infinite number of things and I am sure that it is a matter of the equivalence between attributes that for some reason gives an error. When exporting the product in CSV, the field that generates an error returns it empty.
If I deactivate the Woocommerce multilanguage plugin, it allows me to modify the attribute and does not generate erroneous equivalences, but I am afraid that there is some kind of inconsistency on the other hand.
Right now I’m a bit desperate because I have the web in production without being able to sell for two days 🙁
Hi @dcodesys
I’m afraid that since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), your concern would be best handled by the plugin’s developers.
Meanwhile, you could run a full conflict test if this was caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site.
Hope this helps!
