    Hi, I’m testing the plugin.

    Seems it’s missing a way to indicate required attributes by GM which are :

    <g:shipping_length>
    <g:shipping_width>
    <g:shipping_height>
    <g:brand>

    and also :

    <g:additional_image_link>

    But maybe I missed something in the feed configuration steps.

    Would appreciate help.

    Thanks by advance.

    Regards,

    Eric

    Plus (sorry for double message) a list of non recongnized attributes(“Attribut non reconnu” in french) when I try to add the feed to GM :

    Attribut non reconnu : title
    Attribut non reconnu : description
    Attribut non reconnu : google product category
    Attribut non reconnu : product type
    Attribut non reconnu : link
    Attribut non reconnu : image link
    Attribut non reconnu : condition
    Attribut non reconnu : shipping weight
    Attribut non reconnu : identifier exists

    Hi Esquipulas,

    The three items <g:shipping_length>, <g:shipping_width>, <g:shipping_height> are not supported by google feed specifications If we are in the wrong here please do provide us a link to documentation.

    The shipping settings for the feed can be done in the feed manager but also in Google Merchant center.

    The <g:brand> attribute is in de required section (12th element from the top)

    The <g:additional_image_link> is also available. You will find it under Optional fields. It is called additional_image_link in the dropdown.

    I have not encountered unrecognizable fields before. It is a bit weird to me because we use the Google field names as provided by there manual.

    Please provide us with the warning in the google merchant center (screenshot) and provide us with the url of the feed.

    Hi Auke and thanks for quick answer.

    About the fields <g:shipping_length>, <g:shipping_width>, <g:shipping_height> can be a mistake of my part. Trying an other feed system I had some products rejects by GM because of one of these fields missing. I deduce there were required.

    URL of the feed is https://www.esquipulas.fr/wp-content/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager-support/feeds/sacs_pochettes.xml and screenshot here https://www.esquipulas.fr/transferts/gm.png (sorry, in french, if needed in english let me know)

    Please note that maybe I could miss something when creating the feed.

    Thanks for help.

    Hi Eric,

    The feed seems just fine.
    The weird thing is the alerts from your Google Merchant center.

    I think the best is to contact Google support to get advice by them about the messages and why the feed is incorrect even though the manual is followed.

    Google support is always very friendly and helpfull.

    Hi and sorry for late answer. Unfortunately not at all. I spoke with a google help agent and they checked the feed : they told me it have a lot of mistaken datas, sending me to specs which are here https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188494?hl=en and there https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/1344057?hl=en&ref_topic=3404778

    As they are the same specs you say you used I leave out a little the topic to manage other urgent stuff.

    Still interested in any solution … and thanks again for your help.

    Hi Eric,

    Every topic is urgent stuff!
    I do not understand that they tell you there are a lot of misstakes eventhough in the merchant center no errors are shown.

    They should tell you at least what is wrong!
    And not sending you specs and leave you in the dark.

    What did they tell you was wrong with the feed/data?
