I had to add the age and gender attributes to my products so that they would show in google merchant center. I added them and unchecked the box that says visible on the product page but it is not working. They are still showing. I only added them to a few products because when I checked the website these attributes are visible on the product page. How do I fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there @devoutly can you show us exactly where they’re showing? They usually will show in a tab called Additional Information and I’m not seeing that tab. So either you’re stuck in cache or my eyes are really going.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’ve checked the product page here: https://devoutly.net/product/love-makes-everything-better-toddler-short-sleeve-tee/, and I’m not seeing any attributes displayed on the product page itself.

Just to confirm, has the issue been resolved, or are you still seeing the attributes appear?

However, I do notice that “Gender” and “Age” are being used as variation options on the product. Could you clarify if you’re referring to those variations showing up, or if the issue is with regular product attributes that were meant to be hidden?

The more details you can provide, the better we’ll be able to assist you accurately.

I am referring to the gender and age. Thank you

Hey @devoutly thanks for clarifying that. So you actually added the attribute and then you added the variants. Go to Variations and remove those two. That’s all. Don’t use them as variations if you don’t want them to show as that.

thank you for that but I only added it to the attributes. I checked and it is not in the variations. Is there a way to send a screenshot?

That’s really strange @devoutly Use something like Snagit or Loom to take a screenshot or take a screenshot with your computer and upload to imgur
