I am having exactly the same problem. When I try and add attributes the page just hangs. I’m using the same Avada theme I have used on several other sites and never had this issue.
We’re still seeing the conflicts with past versions of select2. In Chrome, View >developer > js console. This will reveal if there is an error. In most cases it’s a plugin conflict.
I rolled to version 2.xx until all the issues are fixed.
I’ve tried to roll to version 2.6.14 but the subscriptions extension seems not be supported.
So… I can’t manage variable subscription.
Any suggestion?
Thanks

To be clear, this won’t be fixed while plugins are running select2 v3 and loading it on our screens. The scripts are simply not compatible.
Can you explain in laymen’s terms what this means, and how we are supposed to fix it?
Please?? I am not an expert in this area, how do we know which plugins are jacking things up and then what do we do to correct it? Would very much appreciate some help. Thanks in advance

@mike Jolley – I get the issue, but the site is for a client and rolling back fixes the main issue as of now. Once all the plugins are updated then I’ll go back to the new version of WooCommerce.
@gypsyboss wait until every plugin that is associated with WooCommerce is updated to support it. Roll back your WooCommerce to version 2.x.x and also wait until your theme is updated to support it.
