Attributes change based on select option?

I’m working on Shortcode Ultimate plugin. Your plugin is really awesome!
I have one question about attributes :
My site have two heading styles. First one is default and another one is with border, which means this style of heading have a border bottom.
When i select with border then one color type add automatically under style select type. Which will apply border color of this heading.
