We use a custom column on our invoices and packaging slips with the HS code for internaitonal shipments. We add it by adding a column, select attribute. It worked fine until now!! It’s missing on all templates!
This is a serious problem for international shipments, fix urgently please.
This was an issue introduced by WooCommerce 9.9.0 (here), as they renamed the get_all_formatted_meta_data function to get_formatted_meta_data, removing support for the legacy function.
In that case, something else could be happening in the middle.
Could you please provide more details about how are you adding the HS code in the PDF documents? You mentioned you added a column, and then select attribute, but it’s not clear to me if you did it with the customizer, using a custom PDF template, etc.
At every article we created an extra new attribute calles “HS code” We give it the applicable value, like 8471.30.00 for laptops for instance.
In Woocommerce -> PDF Invoices -> Customizer, we add a column on both the invoice as well as the packing slip. We add the column ‘attribute’ and call it HS code. Normally that column would appear in the Tab General, but now they do not anymore.
Obviously they also do not appear anymore when printed.

Itś unfortunate you;re now allowing copy/pasting of images here (I do not have time to upload all of it) it would make both our lives easier.
