    I don’t understand the attributes values. If I try to import attribute: using only the slug it fails (it needs the name); if I import without the attribute_data: it fails, but on the other hand how would I know the format 0|1|0, or 1|1|0, etc. What are they?

    Besides, if I just use my export sample and reimport it with a different product name, it generates new attributes instead of using the existing ones.

    Please clarify the csv format, thanx.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The data present in the attribute_data column defines the position of the attribute on the front end, if the attribute has to be displayed on the front end, and if the attribute will be used for creating variations. To learn more about this, please go through the article.

    In order to assign a product to the existing attributes, you need to use the correct attribute slug name as the column header name in the CSV file. Could you please confirm if the attribute names in the CSV file are correct? If yes, then please share your import CSV file via support.
