@robertgomez What version of WooCommerce you are using? Were you able to see attributes earlier with v4.1?
i have same problem updating to newest plugin.
attributes is not showing
Same issue – basically the order_item_meta data (options on a product) are not printing any longer when outputting the invoice / delivery…
This one is a biggy and needs sorting if anyone can help!
@tychesoftwares I am running Woocommerce Version 3.1.2 and when I was running WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note Version 4.1.5 I could see the Variations (size, color…) Now I can’t
Also with v4.1.5 and running the Fancy Product Designer it would show a bunch of metatdata (fpd_data) that was unneeded, I can give you access to 2 staging environments if you want to see both versions in action.
@tychesoftwares I just got 3 calls with the same issue – great that the code is being actively updated & supported – but HUGE issue because our custom saddles have over 20 option selections – it had been working perfectly prior – everything we have is updated to latest – woo just had an update which included database.
We use TM Product Options – and it has functioned with that for over a year – class=”tm-order-line-option item ” so it’s a different option call than standard…I didn’t have to modify it either.

honestly – how do I downgrade – this is killing as we print for our saddle makers to produce and all work is stopped
A fix for this issue will be pushed out tomorrow. You can expect an update in next 16 hours. The previous version (from 2 years ago) will also be made available to be downloaded.

thank you @tychesoftwares – I may just pull a backup – I had tweaked the code to work with TM Product Options I’m thinking – not sure – I know there were some other posts asking about that one – again – glad to see it supported again – it’s always been a nice option (that woo should include as part of the program!)

Now there is following issue: The attributes are in the same row like the SKU and there is no space between.
How can I put the SKU in a new line?

The issue of attributes not printing with the previous update has been fixed. The issue happened when we added compatibility fix for WooCommerce v3.1.0 & above versions.
Please update the plugin to its latest version 4.3.1. That should fix it.
