Attributes or pre defined criteria

Hello and am very sorry if have posted in wrong forum.
Am trying to set up an online store for my partner selling 2nd hand books vintage clothing collectables etc.
The problem we are having is when we add a book we need to add information about the book as in Format Author Condition Publisher ISBN etc.
We have done this using attributes in woocommerce but can’t seem to save them to add to the next book we add? Is there a way to save them so every time we add a book product they will appear automatically? have tried a few plugins but none seem to be what we are looking for there was one Woo Default Attributes but that does’nt seem to work with latest version of wordpress as it says sorry you dont have permission or somthing like that . Sorry if this is a little confusing – have probably worded it all wrong – any help is much appreciated – Thanks
