As a first step, would it be possible to share more information with me regarding replicating this behavior? Did you proceed with conflict testing that allowed you to confirm that this issue persists when WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce are the only plugins enabled?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you – we did some further investigation and it looks like there is a compatibility issue with one of the plugins associated with the theme being used. https://themeforest.net/item/ave-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/22854075
If the Ave Core plugin is enabled (in conjunction with Facebook for WooCoomerce) the issue mentioned previously occurs, however if your plugin is disabled it works fine, same if the Ave Core plugin remains enabled and Facebook for WooCommerce is disabled there is no issue. I have contacted the theme developers as well to see if they have a solution but if there’s any further assistance that you can provide it would be very much appreciated.

Just wanted to touch base on this one. Were the Ave Core folks able to locate anything?
It’s odd that it’s only this combination that’s causing the issue, and only when both are active. Ave Core may be doing something unusual with the stock levels that Facebook for WooCommerce is colliding with.
If the Ave Core folks have any insights as to what’s happening, we can probably take a look. They do also have access to the full code of this plugin if they need it.
