Hello friends:
This isn’t a bug, but I didn’t know where to turn for this in-practice question.
Regarding importing a Post:
Scenario 1) If an author is identified by WP RSS Aggregator, is it possible to place that author’s name somewhere, but without adding them as a user to one’s WP site?
Scenario 2) If an author is not identified, what is the recommended way for providing a fallback user for attribution? What have you used? (I’m seeking advice here). For example, do you use, say, “Staff writer at Example.com”?
Please don’t flame me for asking. =:). I’m trying to do the right thing attribution-wise and not get dinged for sloppiness.
