Audience Numbers

    We are using the mailchimp for wordpress plugin and the area where it show he number of subscribers for each distribution list if off. Sometimes when i hit refresh it goes to the correct number, but the it goes back to a number that is about 400 higher.

    We need this data to be correct as we are using it to actively display how many users are on our newsletter.

    Can you help me to get it to grab the right number?

    I think this might be a mailchimp problem, I am seeing the same random spikes there. But can you tell me how often your plug in refreshes the audience number?

    Hi,

    About once per 24 hours via Wp Cron the list info is renewed by our plugin.

    Strange that those numbers “jump around” on your account! Wonder what’s causing that. Haven’t seen it anywhere else yet so far. I recmomend contacting MailChimp support about this.

    It works the same way in both our free/premium version.
