Hi @webepc, It seems like there may be a conflict somewhere with a plugin or theme. You may need to switch themes, or deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce, and try again. To learn more, hop over to WooCommerce: Fixing Theme and Plugin Conflicts: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/. If that doesn’t yield any solutions, do you have any caching services running? If so, please disable or set a page rule for the plugin.
Lastly, we just updated the plugin to v2.5.1. I don’t think that will solve the problem, but you can try a fresh uninstall/reinstall if you’d like before troubleshooting as noted.
I have the same problem – the audience tab is missing. I noticed this is marked as resolved, but not sure what the fix was?

@wbrnd @delsey have you all tried testing for a theme or plugin conflict? We’re unable to replicate the issue in multiple testing environments.
