Hi @jammerw, the Audience Settings tab is located here in the plugin: https://a.cl.ly/4guxNzp7. If you’re changing the opt-in settings though i.e. double opt-in, you’ll want to do that at the Audience settings in Mailchimp: https://mailchimp.com/help/set-signup-preferences/.

@jammerw, strange. You can try to give it a fresh uninstall/reinstall, but I’m starting to think there’s some sort of CSS conflict going on with your theme and the plugin. Do you have the ability to open up your console and see if there are any errors?
The only other thing to check is to see if there are any fatal errors in the logs of your store. You can view by going to your admin, WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs.
@khungate I needed to disconnect my store and then reconnect again.
All tabs are back.
