audio file not generating

Hello – I’m trying to set up the plugin and, unfortunately, it doesn’t appear to be generating an audio file. I’ve set everything up to use S3. The bucket has been created. And when I select the “Enable Text-To-Speech (Amazon Polly)” check box and update the post, I see the player appear but it doesn’t appear to have any content. The s3 bucket is also showing as empty.

I’ve confirmed that the Post Type is set to “post” in the settings. And I’ve tried both deactivating/reactivating and uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin and still experience the same result.

Any suggestions for further troubleshooting?
