Audio not playing

    I want to add audio to our language website, but when I enter the code, the play button appears but it’s not playing anything back. I’m using chrome.

    Hi,

    I carried out a test using your shortcode in my dev site and it worked for me but I had to edit the double quotes "" Try the following shortcode.

    [sc_embed_player fileurl="https://blackfeetcommunitylanguageprogram.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/here-is-a-young-boy.mp3"]

    If the above does not help then carry out the following steps.

    Deactivate all of your other plugins. Then carry out a test. If you hear the sound then that means one of your other plugins is conflicting with our plugin. If that is the case, start activating your other plugins one by one. At the same time that you activate one plugin carry out a test. Carry out this steps until you find the plugin that is conflicting with ours.

    Also make sure that you clear your cache if you are using a cache plugin in your site.

    Thanks for the response.

    I tried that, I removed all the plugins but compact WP and still no audio playing. I’ve also made sure everything is updated. check to make sure my sound was on. I went into media and made sure the files work. cleared my cache. Still no sound when I push play.

    Hi, did you also checked to make sure the shortcode has the correct double quotes "" like I mentioned above?
