Audio not working

Hi team, I have just recently purchased the Real3D Flipbook PDF Tools Addon so that I can add little audio clips to my language learning PDF’s. After installing it seemed very easy to add the little audio clips and while editing the pdf the audio icon appears in the place I place it and it plays no problem. However, after updating the flipbook and checking in the browser there is no audio icon and no audio. I’ve checked in Safari and Chrome but no audio in either. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

PS – I’ve added audio to pages 8, 10, 11, 12, 13
