hi, thanks i have reuploaded and still wont work.
i am thinking if it is the syntax that i went wrong
it says in instruction:
Once installed, this plugin allows you to insert mp3 audio files into your posts and pages. Use the following syntax:
[audio:name_of_mp3_file.mp3]
and try to put up a mp3 called ‘me’
and i input on my post:
[audio:me.mp3]
is that how you insert syntax or do you need other stuff like <div blah blah?
thanks
where are you uploading the mp3 files to? The options page for the plugin suggests creating a directory named audio, and uploading to THAT directory.
If you arent uploading the mp3s to the right place, its not going to work.

i did upload to the right place, the thing is, it shows up as words, not even in the pause/play form…
I have the same problem. I followed the instructions step by step. Put everything in the plugin directory, activated it on the options menu, and created audio folder.
But the tags just prints on the page
[audio:sample.mp3] nothing happens.
I tried the turn all mp3 links to players as well and nothing.
I had the same problem when I entered the code in the wysiwig editor. That problem went away when I entered it under the code tab. Is this a possibility with you?
I dont use wysiwyg editors. I hand code every line. I also discover that another plugin Star Rating doesnt work either in my WP. It seems that every plugin that makes use of this kind of tag [audio:] doesnt work for me.
I have tried it so many times and read so much in a whole bunch of forums, but still nothing happens. It only prints the tag as if it were HTML
there are plug-in incompatibilities when using the audio manager. my first guess would be to selectively undo others. if that’s not the case, contact the plugin author.
just the other day, i encountered this same problem after installing a new plugin. once deactivated, it worked fine again.
Never mind, I didnt realize that this type of plugins have to be inside the post itself, instead of inside the loop
