In short I need Audio with Image post format style. Can it be done?
Something like this (ignore image overlay with play audio button)

At the moment the Audio post style will display the audio player, but the album image above it would only display if the theme had added that customization to the audio shortcode.
Do you have a link where I could see that audio player from the screenshot? I may be able to provide a snippet to get the image in if your theme isn’t doing that already.

There is audio player and featured image displayed above player.
This theme is so nice and it have what I am looking for but on the other hand it have problem with flexibility. That is the reason I want to done this with plugin and any theme with masonry blog layout. I am shocked that just few themes support audio post format and just two or three audio post format with image and I checked hundreds demos.
There is another one from themeforest

but this one have no audio volume control!!! It a shame that no one author respect audio format enough.

Oh, it looks like that image is just the featured image of the post and that the audio player just sits directly under the featured image.
So in your case, I’d recommend using the plugin as is, and set a featured image for the post if you’d like to have an image displaying in addition to the audio player.
Once you activate the plugin, just go to Settings -> Reading and enable the formatting functionality as seen in the screenshots section of this plugin.

I already try to add featured image and have your plugin working, but image not displayed.
It looks like your theme supports Post Formats, and I’m guessing you have the Audio format selected in the Post Format meta box. Set it to the Standard post format, which should then display your featured image.
My plugin should add a meta box called ‘Post Styles’, you’d want to select Audio in that one. It’ll add the player to the excerpt area of the post.

Tom audio player not show on excerpt when I change theme. It works with all wp default themes but not with The7 theme. Do you have any idea why?
I’m not sure why that would be happening without looking at the code from the theme. Happy to take a look though. Email: tom29axp at gmail dot com

It is on my localhost now but give me 30 minutes I will install it on live server and send you log on email
