    For my playlist at my website i use the Flash MP3 Player JW2.3 plugin.
    the player works really fine and is easy to use,
    but it’s quality sucks! is there a plugin or something to get more bass in the music? (equalizer or something like that..)

    Playback quality tends to be directly related to audio file quality/bit-rate. Equalization is something that needs to be done during .mp3 production, and locally, at the playback device itself (pc), and can also be a very subjective thing.

    That being said, there is a great open source (and free) audio editing software than will allow you to edit/mix/adjust/ your audio files to suit your taste prior to uploading. It has a bit of a learning curve, but it’s well worth it. It will also export most audio file types to .mp3’s if you take the time to read about and install the “LAME MP3 encoder” plugin. Works on Linux, Mac and Windows. Audacity
