Audio & Video Streaming

Hi:

I am in trouble. Trying to stream audio and video on my site. I want it to be like you you tube. Anywhere in the site one can search and from the list can play the media file which will be hosted on the different servers e.g. http://hotfile.com/dl/47970624/f3f9c23/69-01.flv.html.

I have found many video players here but don’t know how to integrate those hosted files and esp. when I don’t want the video player to be anywhere on the pages but thumbnails until I click the desired link.

Please please help.
