    Have Mailbank changed it’s way of authentication in the latest release?

    I’m getting: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type from my Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service.

    Obviously because Microsoft ESMTP isn’t supporting AUTH PLAIN, is there a way around this? I think Microsoft ESMTP server requires AUTH NTLM or AUTH LOGIN when using TLS

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    The problem has been rectified in edition 2.0.2.

    We have added 2 new Auth Types, Crammd5 & Login.

    Please update 2.0.2 and it should be fixed.

    Thanks for you lightning fast support, 2.0.2 is now working using TLS Encryption and “LOGIN” authentication!

    Hi!

    For me, there was no need to downgrade to an older version, upgrading to 2.0.2 solved the problem, also I just updated to 2.0.4 and it still works.
