I keep getting this message when i try to login with Auth0.

There was a problem with your log in. This account does not have an email associated, as required by your site administrator.

Its a shame becuase auth0 is such a good app and I want to make use of it….

    Please Help!

    Hi Josh,

Unfortunately, my client grant is on and authorised, however I am still getting the same error. The google oauth seems fine and the connections are all fine.

    Hi Josh,

The Oauth seems to be fine and the connections to the auth0 client are working as I have granted it, however wordpress is still giving me an error.

@tljwrdprss – Great, thank you for the update!

@nickmetaljacket – You’re still getting the same “Grant type ‘client_credentials’ not allowed for the client” error? Are you sure you’re looking at the right Client? Are there any other errors that happen at the same time? If you could make sure to just include errors from when you’re testing the login, that would be helpful.

Also, can you confirm that you authorized the Client for the Management API, as described here?

Also, are you seeing an error in wp-admin regarding the update? Should be pretty obvious if so.

Lastly, can you check your Auth0 Dashboard Log and see if there is anything relevant there?

    Thank you!
