    Hi, I’ve searched but cannot find. Where can I locate the form code for the ‘authenticate’ form??? I’d like to replace it with a bespoke form, can anyone help?

    Hi! The plugin displays a dedicated input form for the second factor authentication if the user and password matches. It should redirect back to your custom login page after the second factor has been confirmed.
