• I am trying to follow the instructions to Manage Sender Domain, my DNS is with Cloudflare, the CNAME records exist as

    mailpoet1._domainkey

I have tried adding the domain to the Cloudflare records as advised but it is stripped from the saved record.

    mailpoet1._domainkey.domain saved as mailpoet1.domainkey

Is there a solution for Cloudflare?

    Many thanks

    Hi there @tonyf57,

I believe Cloudflare automatically appends the domain to the record, which is likely why it’s being stripped from the record when you try to add it. Please try adding it as just mailpoet1._domainkey as you are seeing, and then once it propagates see if you are able to verify it in your MailPoet dashboard (by opening the record and hitting the button to verify the records/domain).

Additionally, please make sure you are following these steps specific to Cloudflare regarding the Proxy Status and CNAME Flattening options:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#cloudflare-configuration

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!
