Authenticated poll possible?

    We are looking for a particular system, and we were wondering if we could use this plugins to accomplish this.
    We have a wordpress website for promoting courses. After the course, there should be sent emails to the participants, asking them some questions and rating the course.
    Key features:
    Create a poll/survey form in wordpress. Next email invites to fill in the form.
    Allow users to vote based on link with unique key in this email, allowing them to only vote once per unique key. Collecting results and being able to display the general results onto the wordpress website.
    Is this possible with one of your plugins?
