    Good morning,

I’ve used this plugin previously and it worked fine. I have now deleted all my Google Analytics set-up and made a new one. However, the authentication tool on the setting page in the plugin keeps showing my old tracking ID’s to choose from instead of the new one. How can I fix this? Cache is cleared and I also tried to delete and reinstall the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to want to forget certain data.

    Any help is much appreciated,

    Kind regards,
    Lotte

  • Hi,

Can you be more specific about:

deleted all my Google Analytics set-up and made a new one

If you’ve created a new Google Account, make sure you’re authorizing while being logged into the right account.

Same thing goes for changes made within same Google Analytics account.

No matter the changes made you’ll have to clear the authorization and re-authorize the plugin.

    Dear Alin,

Thanks for getting in touch. How do I clear the authorisation? It does not pop-up on the settings page and I also can’t seem to locate it in GA itself.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Lotte
