    Hi,

    I have set up the Plugin for my Germany-based online store with WooCommerce – great thing! Hopefully can get away from Billbee.

    Now, here is the error I receive, even though the test with my connection to the DHL Geschäftskundenportal is successful in the DHL Paket settings: “Could not create label – Der Nutzer des Webservice konnte nicht authentifiziert werden.” – So apparently I am not able to authenticate? Any idea why this could be? Many thanks!

    thanks for your message. Have you saved all settings before you tested the connection?
    If so, your account details should be right. In this case please try to create the label in a few hours again. It should work then.

    I have the same problem…the settings and connection works and I waited many hours.
