Authentication Issues

    When I try to authenticate using Google Drive or DropBox (haven’t tried the others because I don’t have accounts), I get to the UpDraftPlus authentication page and then in the input field there is just “http” and when I click to complete the authentication, it just goes to an error page. I have reset settings, disabled plugins, and checked for firewalls and have not had any luck.

    It was an issue with my home url. I leave this blank and define the settings in my wp-config.php to support my local URL as well as my remote URL and this does not work to authenticate UpDraftPlus. Thanks!

    Hi,

    Can you please go to UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab. Then 1.) select Google Drive 2.) Enter the Google Drive folder path and 3.) finally, click on the authentication link and complete the process until you get the “successfully connected” message. Please see screenshot attached for reference.
