    Hi thanks for a great plugin. I am getting a few customers with Failed orders and they are saying ‘usually i would expect to be normally takes me to my bank to approve but it doesn’t and nothing showing if I go on my banking app’. I note also ‘authentication required’ ‘ in my order transaction notifications. Not sure if this is something I should change in my Braintree dashboard?

    Hi Braintree have suggested my 3DS settings are not set up. I have now ticked 3DS but not sure about the related settings. Perhaps you could help.

    Hi @cshinkin

    In addition to enabling 3DS within the Braintree plugin, make sure you you login to your Braintree dashboard and enable 3DS there as well.

    Thank you that was set in Braintree yes. Re Vaulted Cards, Force Authentication and Conditional Statements can you elaborate when these would need to be ticked please?

    If you hover over the helper icon for those settings you will see a description which explains each one of those options.

    Hi I am still having problems with my setup since activating 3Ds now with Paypal. Is it possible you can check my setup if I give you access please?
