Authentication required in Google Chrome

    Every time I try to rate an article on my site in Google Chrome (newest version, Android Version as well), the browser opens a window (“Authentication required”) where I have to insert a user name and password. This does not happen in Firefox. It does not matter which settings I chose for the plugin (“Allow To Rate”, “Logging Method”).

    Is this a Chrome related issue? Or has it something to do with WordPress Settings? Or might it be a bug related to the plugin itself? Searched for it but can’t find any answers for this.
