We have over 20 authors, who all have the same Starbox settings. But one author’s starbox does not show on his posts. I edited his profile and it’s marked YES fro Show the StarBox for this author. Any ideas??? It’s only his that doesn’t show up.

Hi Jennifer,

If the user has the author box active and it doesn’t show it could be from a style conflict with the theme or other plugins.

Do you see the author box preview on the user profile?

It should display just above the TABOOLA unit.

Hi,

I noticed you selected the Starbox Theme “TopStar Round” and the author is somewhere under the left side bar.

You can select the Business theme from the User Profile and it should work.
